Tuwas.ch assumes no liability for the content, agreements, or performance of any contracts concluded between users.

3. Registration and Use

Registration on Tuwas.ch is free of charge. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Multiple or misleading registrations are not permitted. Tuwas.ch reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in cases of misuse, false information, or violations of these T&C.

4. Use of the Platform

Users may use the platform only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to post content or offers that violate applicable law, public morals, or the rights of third parties. Tuwas.ch reserves the right to remove inappropriate or illegal content without prior notice.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

The use of basic functions (e.g., posting a job, creating a profile) is free of charge. Additional services (e.g., premium memberships, offer packages) are subject to the prices listed on the website. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Tuwas.ch may change prices or services at any time. Such changes will be announced in advance on the website.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Tuwas.ch assumes no responsibility for:

• the quality, reliability, or performance of services provided by users,
• the accuracy or completeness of user information,
• technical malfunctions or service interruptions,
• damages resulting from third parties or improper use.

Tuwas.ch is liable only for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Reviews and Content
